Humanis Pharmaceuticals was founded in 2010 with the understanding of “How happy is the one who cures a problem”. “To be active for human health by developing and producing high-quality medicines and making medicine available to everyone.” The foundations of the production facility of Humanis Pharmaceuticals in Çerkezköy were laid on February 14, 2011.

Established in 1964, Öztekfen Gearbox operates in the production of gearboxes. Continuing its production processes with its expert staff and professional team, Öztekfen Gearbox was awarded the ISO9001:2015 Quality management system certificate by Tüv Inter Cert Saar, an independent audit, control and certification company with a history of more than 140 years, authorized by the German state. Öztekfen Gearbox joined the Saya Holding subsidiaries with the protocol signed in 2020.


Saya Holding’s journey in the mining sector started in 2010 with the brand “Livamine “.At the beginning of 2016 in order to realize its investments, the brand was established under the name of “Liva Krom İşletmeciliği Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.” and taken its place as the newest member of the holding among the Saya Holding companies.

In the process following the establishment of the company,in the city Bursa district Harmancık, Livamine purchased the company of Uludağ Harmancık Krom SAN. TIC. has gotten 389 hectares of chrome operating license. In 2017, Livamine purchased HBA Mining, and in 2019 it launched its chromium enrichment facility.
