VOLT ELECTRIC MOTORS

One of Turkey’s most coveted industrial brands, Volt Electric Motors was established in 1987 and became a Saya affiliate in 2011.

QUALITY AND INNOVATION

As a culmination of R&D, quality, innovation and modernization efforts, Volt Motor has grown into one of Turkey’s leading electric motor manufacturers, boasting cutting-edge technology, superior product quality, a diverse product range, a 45,000-square-meter production area, and more than 500 employees.

VOLTPRO – IE3, IE4 AND COMPACT SERIES PRODUCT

Volt Motor has developed products ranging from 63- to 315-type bodies and 200 kW of power. It has released to the market IE3 efficiency class – Premium energy class – electric motors as a result of its pioneering R&D operations that aim to reduce electric energy consumption and increase energy efficiency in our country. It also produced IE4 motors in the Super Premium energy class thanks to its own R&D and patents.

Volt Motor commenced production of Voltpro, the latest technology compact series product it has recently developed, and put it in the domestic and international markets. The company is taking firm steps towards becoming a global company, continuing the journey of excellence under the guidance of TURQUALITY and EFQM, and also forging ahead with the Powered by Volt mission as part of the 2023 Vision and of developing a “Content Brand.”

MINING

Saya’s journey in the mining sector started in 2010 with the brand “Livamine “.At the beginning of 2016 in order to realize its investments, the brand was established under the name of “Liva Krom İşletmeciliği Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.” and taken its place as the newest member of the group among the Saya Group companies.

CHROMIUM ENRICHMENT FACILITY

In the process following the establishment of the company,in the city Bursa district Harmancık, Livamine purchased the company of Uludağ Harmancık Krom SAN. TIC. has gotten 389 hectares of chrome operating license. In 2017, Livamine purchased HBA Mining, and in 2019 it launched its chromium enrichment facility.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, R&D AND MARKETING STUDIES

Livamine signed a partnership agreement with Glencore, the world’s largest chrome ore, ferrochrome producer and largest raw material trading company. In order to be at the forefront of its sector with its 12 general and 3 pre-search licenses, Livamine attaches great importance to business development and R & D activities.

At the same time, Livamine continues its negotiations with chrome and other metallic mines for its potential of cooperation, and in the future, our company continues to be the owner of a new mine in line with its goal of becoming one of the few mining companies of our country and the world.
